Monitor

While our play supervisors are constantly monitoring the play areas, parents or caretakers are ultimately responsible for keeping a close eye on their children. It is important to remember that there are inherent risks associated with children playing together, and Bouncy House cannot be held accountable for any accidents or injuries that may occur due to visitor carelessness or negligence.

Responsible

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult who is 18 years of age or older. One accompanying adult per child may enter free of charge, and additional adults will be charged.

Identification

Identification may be required to verify age .

Restriction

The Toddler Zone is only open to children below 3 years of age, while the Junior Zone is for children between the ages of 3 and 12. Children aged 3 to 5 must be supervised at all times. The play structure is not intended for children above the age of 12, but the trampoline area is open to them.

Receipt

When paying your bill, kindly request a receipt.

Permission

Maids are permitted on the premises, but male servants or drivers are not allowed.

In order to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for all guests,

please adhere to the following regulations:

All visitors, both children and guardians, must wear socks at all times while in the play areas. Shoes and bare feet are not allowed, but socks are available for purchase at the reception desk. Sharp objects such as pens, buckles, jewellery, and coins should be removed before entering the play zones.

No outside food or drinks are permitted in the play zones. Only food and beverages purchased from the Bouncy House Café may be consumed on the premises (excluding infant food and children's water bottles).

Climbing on the slides or exterior parts of the equipment is strictly prohibited.

We encourage children to wear trousers or leggings to reduce the risk of injury.

Visitors who are unwell are advised not to use the play zones.

Smoking and gum chewing are not permitted on the premises.

Bouncy House management is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Any behaviour that is disruptive, bullying, or violates the rules may result in removal from the play zones.

Bouncy House reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the premises, particularly if they display aggressive or violent behaviour towards other guests or staff. Any damages caused by misconduct or misuse will be charged to the guest/member.
